Terms & Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and us about Catalyst. Downloading the app, using a key, or using this website means you accept them. If you do not, do not use Catalyst.
Read section 5 before you buy anything. Catalyst executes scripts inside Roblox, which Roblox's own terms prohibit. Using it puts your Roblox account at risk of being banned, and that risk is entirely yours.
1. Who you are dealing with
Catalyst is provided by Catalyst ("we", "us"), operating from New York in the United States. Contact us at support@usecatalyst.dev, which is the address for legal notice as well as for support.
2. Who may use it
Catalyst is an 18+ product. You must be 18 or older to download it, buy a key, or use it. There is no exception for supervised or parent-approved use by anyone younger.
By downloading Catalyst or activating a key you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you have the legal capacity to enter this contract where you live, and that you are not barred from receiving our software under any applicable sanctions or export law. If we learn that an account or key belongs to someone under 18, we will end the licence.
3. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run Catalyst on the number of devices your tier allows, for as long as your key is valid. That is all that is granted; we keep everything else.
You may not:
- sell, rent, sublicense, share or publish your key, or use one you did not obtain from us or from a seller listed in our Discord;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, or defeat its licensing, except to the extent that law expressly permits despite this clause;
- redistribute the app, repackage it, or present it as your own;
- use it to attack, defraud, harass, or steal from anyone.
Catalyst and its name, look, and code remain ours. Scripts you write remain yours, and we claim nothing over them.
4. Keys and devices
A key locks to the first machine that activates it. This is deliberate, it is how the free tier stays free, and it is not a fault.
- Free keys last 24 hours and are issued after an advertisement flow. There is no entitlement to any particular number of them.
- Booster keys last as long as your Discord boost does, and end when the boost does.
- Plus and Pro keys run for the term you paid for.
- Pro can move a key to a new device from the app; other tiers ask us and we will move it, subject to a review that exists to catch key sharing.
Keys are personal. Sharing one, reselling one, or activating one you bought from an unlisted seller ends the licence with no refund.
5. Roblox, bans, and the risk you are taking
Catalyst is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way, and no Roblox trade mark is used with permission or as a claim of association.
Executing scripts in Roblox breaches the Roblox Terms of Use. Roblox may suspend or permanently ban any account it detects doing so, and may do so without warning. We cannot prevent that, appeal it, or compensate you for it. You accept that:
- your Roblox account, your purchases on it, and your Robux may be lost;
- a ban is not a defect in Catalyst and is not grounds for a refund;
- you alone decide to take that risk, on your own account, and you are responsible for it.
You must not use Catalyst to break any law, to interfere with games or players in ways that cause real harm, or to obtain anything of value by deception.
6. Third-party scripts
The Script Hub lists scripts written by other people and hosted elsewhere. We do not write them, we do not own them, we do not audit every line of them, and listing one is not an endorsement of it. Running someone else's script is your decision and your risk. Copyright in each script stays with whoever wrote it; if something of yours is listed and you want it gone, email us and it goes.
7. Payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply where you are. Card payments are handled on a payment provider's own checkout page — no card details are ever entered on this site or seen by us. Cryptocurrency payments are final once the network confirms them; you are responsible for sending the right amount to the right address, and a transaction sent to a wrong address cannot be recovered by us or anyone.
Paid keys are currently sold by hand through sellers listed in our Discord. Only buy from a seller listed there. We are not responsible for money sent to anyone else, and a key bought outside that list will not be honoured.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Beta software and availability
Catalyst is in open beta. It will have bugs, features will change, and builds stop working when Roblox updates until we ship a new one. We give no promise of uptime, of continued compatibility with Roblox, or that any particular feature will still exist next month. We may pause downloads, suspend the licence server, or discontinue the product. If we discontinue it, we will refund the unused portion of any paid key.
9. No warranty
Catalyst is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, undetectable, or fit for anything in particular.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost Roblox accounts, banned accounts, lost in-game items or currency, lost data, lost profit, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by any of this.
11. Support and community
Our Discord is subject to its own rules and to Discord's terms. We may remove anyone from it. The support chat on this website is an AI assistant: it can be wrong, it cannot access your account, and nothing it says binds us — a price, a refund, or an exception is only real if it comes from a human on a ticket.
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Catalyst at any time. We may suspend or end your licence immediately if you break these terms, share or resell a key, or charge back a payment you actually received a key for. On termination the licence ends and you must stop using the app; the sections that by their nature should survive — the disclaimers, the liability cap, and this clause — do.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and material changes are announced in the Discord. Continuing to use Catalyst after a change means you accept the new version; if you do not, stop using it and ask us about a refund of any unused paid term.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of New York have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the place you live in, and you may bring proceedings there. Nothing in this clause removes a right you cannot lawfully be asked to give up.
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
